YOGA Classes in Gateshead

I offer friendly classes which encourage you to listen to and trust your body as you practice yoga. Known for my inclusive practice and ability to communicate I offer compassionate yoga that is for every body. 

Classes are suitable for anyone wanting to increase their flexibility and strength whilst cultivating a sense of calm contentment.


DETAILS
Yoga mats and equipment are provided, please wear loose comfortable clothing. All are welcome whatever your experience.

Weekly Yoga Classes

Combining intelligently sequenced asanas (yoga postures) with breath awareness and meditation techniques. Classes are responsive and sensitively structured to help you help yourself from the inside out. 

DATES
Mondays  6.30 to 7.45 pm
 

COST
6 classes for £42 (if paid in advance) or drop in rate of £8.50 per class.
Low waged/students - 6 classes for £24 or drop in rate of £5 per class.


Monthly Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) Practice

Not going out....going in. A once a month practice of Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing and restorative session. An alternative way to prepare for the weekend.

We will start with some restorative and grounding yoga postures before making our way toward a guided and supported relaxation of body and mind.
