Spent a delightful morning....making gentle suggestions to M.A. students from Northumbria University as part of Saturday "school" at Baltic

Drawing attention to sensation ....to the very beingness of being here.

So often when we consider the nature of connections and of participation we look over, pass by ourselves....the main player /participant in our unique and very particular cosmic drama!

How you are who you are and where you are all filter through and manifest in every connection you make. 

The workshop aimed to sweep a little pathway, clear a little space for the connections to ourselves to say hello a little louder...allowing us to notice more by doing less.

Paradox should be at the heart of participation...you are part of the participatory process aka ...........Life!!
