From Earth To Sky - Yoga & Kite Making Workshop

Low Hauxley, Northumberland 12th JULY

Join me and visual artist and kite-maker extraordinaire Frances Anderson, in Low Hauxley, Northumberland for a day of yoga and creativity. 

The day will start with a grounding easeful yoga session exploring symmetry, asymmetry and releasing. Spread your wings and fly!

A delicious lunch will be provided in a cottage garden followed by a kite making workshop which picks up on the concepts explored in the yoga session. Weather permitting, the day will draw to an end with a fire pit, cake and tea, sending you away on a natural high. 

The workshop fee is £80, which includes all equipment and materials, lunch & refreshments.
